Dieses schöne traditionelle Ferienhaus verfügt über einen Swimmingpool und eine geräumige, zum Sonnenbanden geeignete, Area. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine traditionelle Steintreppe, die bei dem Swimmingpool beginnt und bis zu den Schlafzimmer Terrassen führt. Zudem liegt Balluta nahe zu verschiedenen Wanderwegen, zu dem "Azur Fenster". Die "Fungus" Berge und der "Dwejra" Turm liegen auch sehr nahe bei dem Ferienhaus. "ta´Puinu" Basilika, die San Dimitri Kirche, verschiedene Restaurants und die Stadt "Ta´Dbiegi liegen zentral. Im Eingangsbereich des Hauses befindet sich eine Eingangshalle, die Sie in das Wohnzimmer mit Sofas und TV führt. Diese ist ausgestattet mit einem Esstisch, Stühlen und einer Küche. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich darüber hinaus 2 verschiedene Türen, die zum Pool führen. In der Eingangshalle befindet sich ein Aufgang, der Sie direkt hoch auf die Dachterrasse führt. Auf halbem Weg nach oben gibt es eine Tür, die Sie zu den Schlafzimmerterrassen bringt. Von der Küche aus gibt es eine Tür, die Sie zu einem Außenbereich geleitet, wo man draußen essen kann. Am Pool befindet sich eine Außendusche und eine Toilette. Bei den Schlafzimmerterrassen gibt es noch folgende Schlafzimmer: - Doppelschlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett) mit angrenzendem Badezimmer, - Doppelzimmer mit 2 Single Betten und einem angrenzenden Badezimmer. - Doppelschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett mit einem traditionellen Stein Balkon. Auf der gleichen Etage befindet sich eine Bank von wo aus man die Pool Anlage sehen kann. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Deckenventilator.

| Descripción de la población | Gharb (pronounced Arb) is the oldest village on the island of Gozo and was once guarded and inhabited by the Arabics which is why the village got its name from. Gharb got many legends including of San Dimitri, the Oil Chapel, Miraculous Basilica of Ta` Pinu and the museum of Frenc Ta` l-Gharb. Gharb is located few minutes drive away from the Azure Window, Inland Sea and Fungus Rock. The religious feast of Gharb is celebrated on the 1st week of July. At the village of Gharb there are food shops and restaurants serving pizzas and traditional food. There is also a post office and a folklore museum. Other restaurants, bars and foodshops are to be found on the Island of Gozo. Food shops are approximately 7 minutes drive away from BALLUTA.
