We are located on the hills of El Yaque just 5 minutes walking distance from the main beach overlooking the village and the ocean being surrounded by the wonderful National Park of the Marites Lagoon. Enjoy staying in one of the five special and comfortable suites, relaxing at the pool or hanging loose in one of the different chill-out-areas of this enchanting place, exploring all of our charming services, sipping imaginative cocktails or being spoiled by our chef’s cosine with a romantic candle light dinner, a fish or meat BBQ or one of the house specialties the paella. Our optional services range from airport transfer, offering personalized tours on the island, organizing a memorable tour to Venezuela’s most famous highlights, or just reserving or booking your sport activity program, fishing or sailing turns. | Descripción de la población | El Yaque One of the last remaining real surf villages in the world, with a beautiful beach, a charming beachside with a handful of beach bars, small little restaurants and scores of windsurfers and kite surfers from worldwide who gives el Yaque a quaint charm of international flair. Because of the steadily blowing winds at 15 to 30 knots during most of the year, and the shallow sea El Yaque has become renowned for windsurfing and kite surfing being one of the five best spots in the world to practice or learn this fantastic sport. Surrounded by the National Park Laguna de las Marites a 900 hectares shallow lagoon with it’s numerous natural channels through the mangroves and being permanently connected to the sea and where pelicans, herons and other exotic birds find their ideal biosphere. On land the xerophytes vegetation predominance and you will see a verity of different cactus, birds and lizards while walking on one of the tracks going through this spectacular scenery |
