Die Liegenschaft liegt an einem verkehrsarmen, ruhigen Ort, in der Tempo 30km/h Zone am Dorfrand des bekannten und nebelfreien Erholungs- und Tourismusortes Meiringen (Nachbargemeinde von Grindelwald), in der Ferien- Urlaubsregion Brienz-Meiringen-Hasliberg, Haslital im Berner Oberland. Die Bergbahnen Meiringen-Hasliberg sind in nur 7-8, das Dorfzentrum in 8-10 Gehminuten erreichbar (ohne nennenswerte Steigungen).
Die 65m2 grosse, mit 4 von 5 Sternen klassifizierte Ferienwohnung ist im Erdgeschoss (keine Treppe) und umfasst ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, Küche (mit allem, was gerne angetroffen wird - selbst Vollautomat-Kaffeemaschine), Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Duscheinrichtung. Radio- TV mit Kabelanschluss und Internet-Zugang über Wireless-LAN fehlen auch nicht. Die eingezäunte Rasenfläche von 50m2 mit grossem gedecktem Gartensitzplatz und herrlicher Bergsicht, steht allein Ihnen zur Verfügung (mit direktem Zugang vom Wohnzimmer).
Für Sie reservierte Parkplätze sind direkt beim Wohnungseingang vorhanden. Die Liegenschaft ist über eine mit einem Fahrverbot ausgelegten Strasse, ganzjährig problemlos zu erreichen (nur Zubringerdienst bzw. Anwohner bzw. Gäste gestattet). Reisen Sie mit der Bahn an, werden Sie auf Wunsch am Bahnhof Meiringen abgeholt und für die Rückreise wieder zurückgefahren (Gepäcktransport).

The holiday Region Brienz-Meiringen-Hasliberg, Haslital with Meiringen as its capital, is located between Interlaken and Lucerne in the eastern Bernese Oberland. The valley is nestled between the passes Brünig, Susten and Grimsel, near the geographical center of Switzerland.
To Haslital take you from all directions by rail or road.
Meiringen with about 4000 inhabitants is a great starting point for many activities in all seasons. In the summer, hiking, climbing and excursion paradise in the winter is an ideal winter resort, climbing and tennis court, indoor pool, ice art and the natural ice rink and the famous ski resort Meiringen-Hasliberg right outside the front door.
