Magnificently positioned high up on the Hout Bay mountain slopes, our beautifully finished Mediterranean style villa offers panoramic views of the mountain, sea, valley and sand dunes. With lavish accommodation in tranquillity, our guest house is also close to the beaches (approx. a 3 minute drive), restaurants and shopping centres. The Villa offers 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (2 of which have a luxury bath in addition to a shower), tv/lounge area, an open-planned dining area and kitchen, laundry room and a private granny flat for our warm-hearted domestic. Our spacious winter garden with a fresh mountain water brook, swimming pool and barbecue area are situated at the back of the house and are the ideal places to relax. Daily housekeeping is included as well as satellite television (DSTV), wireless ADSL, hair drier and fan, alarm clock, international plugs, pure cotton sheets and hand & shower towels. Three of our rooms are additionally equipped with a fully stocked mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a mini stove. Guests also have the use of our two scooters. On request we serve a scrumptious breakfast daily. We have paid a lot of attention to your safety and have installed a state of the art security system, including armed response, none of which compromise our guests’ relaxation.
